In July 2022, the platform of the Research Center for Integrity and Education and Culture was established. In September 2022, the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and the Ministry of Education issued the Catalogue of Graduate Education Disciplines (2022)withDiscipline Inspection and Supervision (0308)listedas a first-level discipline under the category of law, markingthedisciplineformally established.
Focusing on the requirements of Xi Jinping's strategy of comprehensively and strictly administering the party, the platform has formed a research direction for discipline inspection and supervisionandconstructionof thediscipline,according to the development trend of disciplinedevelopmentand the new requirements in the new era.
The main directions areresearch on the issue of discipline and law, discipline inspection and supervision anddisciplinaryconstruction, and research on integrity culture and education. At present, there areeightteam members,sixprofessors,oneassociate professor, andsixPh.Ds.More than 30 professional papers inChina Higher Education,Guide to Ideological and Theoretical Education,Journal of Shaanxi Normal University,have been published, twoof which have been reprinted byXinhua Digest, forming a unique discourse system of discipline inspection and supervision, and expanding its influencenationwide.
Theabundantresearch resultssignificantlysupport the construction of thediscipline. The "OneBodywith TwoWings" talent training modelis often promoted among communications withnational renowneduniversitieslikeRenmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law,among others, and has received their affirmation. Thereputation of the graduateshas been greatly improved.
Students’academic performanceis also outstanding with11 projectsapproved, includingoneat national level,fourat provincial and ministerial level,sixat department and bureau level, andeightwonprovincial-levelawards. The employment of graduateshas steadily improved, and they have been admitted tokey universities likeZhejiang University, Nanchang University, Xidian University and other well-known universities, and have successively engaged infield-relatedwork in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Commission for Discipline Inspection, China Resources Group, and Western Travel Group, just name a few.
