List of Undergraduate Majors for International Students, Xi’an University

Guidance of Registration for International Students

1.Visit the website of the International Exchange Office of Xi'an University (http://iecd.xawl.edu.cn/), download and fill in the Application Form for International Students of Xi'an University.

2. A scanned copy or photocopy of a valid ordinary passport and relevant academic certificates, passport size photos (electronic version).

Precautions:

a.All application materials must be submitted in duplicate; incomplete materials will not be accepted by our school;

b. If you are under the age of 18, please provide a power of attorney and No Criminal Convictions certificate (should be translated into Chinese and notarized in yourcountry); and guardian information in Shaanxi Province is also required;

c.In addition, our school has the right to require applicants to provide other necessary application materials.

Note:Applicants need to provide those materials when applying

(1) Application form for international students of Xi'an University;

(2) Scan copy of valid passport;

(3) Scan copy of academic certificates;

(4) Scan copy of academic transcripts (undergraduates);

(5) Scan copy of HSK certificate (undergraduates);

(6) Scan copy of No Criminal Convictions certificate

3. Applicants shall take a study visa (X visa) at the Embassy or Consulate ofChina in their country with the Admission Letter (sent by our university), JW202 Form, Physical Examination Form, and other related materials, and then come to the University to register on time, and pay registration fees, tuition fees, and purchase insurance.

Note:For freshmen who come to Xi’an for the first time, we will provide free airport pick-up and train station pick-up, but you need to notify your flight number, train number and arrival time to our International Exchange Office by email or fax and at least 20 days in advance.

Accommodation

Xi'an University provides students’dormitory, it including TV, internet access, spring mattress bed, desks and chairs,wardrobes, etc. There is also a communal laundry room.

Accommodation fee

According to the agreement, the accommodation fee is charged at one time, which is 3,000 yuan per academic year and 1,500 yuan/semester (double room). 1500 yuan per academic year, 750 yuan/semester (4 people). The electricity fee is purchased by students as needed. The standard charge is 0.5 yuan/kWh; The internet usage fee is 50 yuan/month per room.
