　　The strategic cooperation signing and inauguration ceremony between Xi'an Broadcasting Corporation and and Xi'an University was held in Xi'an University on the afternoon of March 15th. The two parties signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement, International Communication and Integrated Innovation Development Platform Agreement, and inaugurated the "Translation and International Communication Research Center of XABC", "Student Internship and Employment Base of Xi'an University" and "University Communication Station of XABC". Both parties will continue to carry out cooperation in joint training on talents, translation and international communication, teachers’ off-campus training, joint construction of research platforms, student internship and employment and promotion of universities’ high-quality publicity in Xi'an.

　　In recent years, in the pursuit of buildinga high-level application-oriented urban university, XAU has been devoted in serving the development of Xi'an by deepening the cooperation among university, government and enterprises. Focusing on language service and international communication, the School of Foreign Studies has taken the initiative to serve the building of the city's international communication capacity. In the early stage, a translation team was set up and participated in the translation and English dubbing of the program Discover Xi'an, the first English program of XABC. At the same time, the school also facilitates XABC in making the voice of Xi'an heard by the world, and opening a new way of telling Xi'an stories to promote the city's high-quality development. The agreement signing has consolidated the cooperation foundation and innovated the mode of cooperation.

　　Lian Hongwei, the Executive Vice Director of Publicity Department of Xi'an Municipal Committee, Party Secretary and Director of XABC, and Wang Yuxuan, Party Secretary of XAU attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Chen Gang, President of XAU, Xie Wei, chief editor of XABC, Gu Yuying, General manager of XABC Co., LTD., and Liu Mingli, Vice President of XAU were also present at the ceremony.
