The Delegation of Korean Daejeon Visited Xi'an-U

On May 26, Tian Shigeng, the director of University Cooperation Office of Daejeon City 

in Korea, and other 10 members visited our university. The leaders of Department of 

Foreign Exchange and Cooperation and Office of Student Affairs from Xi’an University 

met the visitors.

Five universities from Daejeon visited our university, including Hanbat National

University, Daejeon University, Pai Chai University, Konyang University and Daejeon

Health Sciences College. Dong Xiaofeng, the director of Department of Foreign

Exchange and Cooperation, expressed warm welcome to the visit of the guests and 

introduced the international cooperation and exchanges and joint-education programs 

among Xi’an-U and other foreign universities. 

Tian Shigeng showed her hope on further strengthening the exchanges and cooperation

in variety fields with our university and welcomed the teacher exchange and student

exchange between our university and Korean university.

Dong Xiaofeng expressed his hope on communicating deeply and strengthening our 

cooperation and exchanges to set up a new platform for international cooperation and

exchanges for teachers and students in our university and Korean universities through

a variety of types of visits and interaction. 

In the presentation, the head of International Communication Office of five universities 

from Daejeon had an enthusiastic interaction with our students and teachers and won a 

round of applause from the vivid presentations. After the meeting, the members of 

delegation provided counseling for our students.
