　　A few days ago, Mr. Xiao Yunru, a famous cultural scholar and distinguished professor 

　　of our university, accepted onsite interview by Silk Road Reporting Group of State Television 

　　of Belgium;and Mr. Xiao answered in detail such questions as the strategic meaning of

　　"One Road and One Belt" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the contribution of

　　the ancient Silk Road starting from Chang'an to the development of China,

　　how it helped open the gate of external exchange of China, the development prospect

　　of the new Silk Road, and the probable strategic cooperation of China with EU and 

　　Belgium. They will interview the main attractions along the Silk Road and invite the

　　local experts for explanation. The State Television of Belgium will launch a report

　　covering thewhole Europe every two or three days; at the same time, 

　　television station of EU will also broadcast the program.
