President Xu Kewei Visited University of Padova and Óbuda University

On local time May 21,President Xu Kewei, together with other 4 delegation members visited the University
of Padova in Italy,and communicated with leaders and professors from Department of Industrial Engineering
and Department of Physics and Astronomy.
On the morning of may 21, leaders of the department introduced the information of their professional
curriculum design,teaching staff and scientific activities to President Xu. Then, both sides held the further
discussion on the possibilities of future joint-education and staff exchange and communication.
Our delegation visited the electronic, electrical car and material lab of the department.
In the afternoon, President Xu and delegation members visited the Department of Physics and Astronomy
of the university. After the dean’s brief introduction, our delegation visited the national nuclear lab.
The dean of the lab, Prof. Enzo Palmieri mainly introduced it’s Inner Bore Coating technology. Both sides
held further communication on the cooperation in fields of scientific research. Prof. Enzo Palmieri delightedly
accepted the invitation to attend the Nanotechnology and Remanufacturing Seminar which will be held in
our university early this November.
On May 23, President Xu and delegation members came to the School of Applied Informatics of Óbuda
University in Hungary, communicated with Prof. Felde IMre. After visiting the department, President Xu
introduced the development history, professional curriculum design and teaching stuff of Xi’an-U.
Both sides held the discussion on the possibilities of future joint-education and staff exchanges,
and agreed on the possible cooperation. Prof. Enzo Palmieri also delightedly accepted the invitation
to attend the seminar and planned to give presentation then.
It is said that Professor Felde Imre, together with the President and Vice President of Óbuda University will
visitour university and sign the cooperation agreement.
