Delegation of Saint Mary's University Visits Xi’an-U

On November 28th 2018, Mr. Keith Ben, project director of school of Science of Canadian’s Saint. Mary's university visited Xi’an University.
Zhao Tong, director of the Office of International Exchanges extended warm welcome on behalf of Xi’an University.She also briefed about the following aspects of Xi’an University including its history, schools and departments, academic programs as well as scientific research. Deans from School of Foreign Studies and School of Teachers introduced the following aspects including features of their disciplines, featured specialties, exchanges between teachers and students respectively. They hoped that a partnership withSaint. Mary's university in disciplines like international English education, applied psychology would be established.
Mr. Keith Ben made a brief introduction to Saint. Mary's university. Founded in 1802 and being the second oldest public university in Canada, Saint. Mary's University ranks 10th in comprehensive universities in Canada. Its featured specialty is business studies which ranks 5th in Canada, what is more, the School of Business has been improved by AACSB. Mr. Keith Ben also introduced master programs such asInternational Master of Teaching English, computer science and applied psychology. Both sides had a full exchange in admission requirements, study time, fees, scholarships, etc and looked forward to further exchanges and cooperation.
