　　Recently, the Ministry of Education hasissued the training bases and training objects list of the training program forleading teachers and principals of primary and secondary schools in the new era (2022-2025). Li Yuan and Li Juan, outstanding alumnae of our school, were among the training objects of leading principals, and Wang Kun was elected as the training object of leading teachers. Only three teachers were selected for training in the Early Childhood stage in Shaanxi Province, all of whom were alumnae of our school.

　　Li Yuan, graduated in the major of Pre-school Education in 1994, is currently a professor in the School of Early Childhood Education of Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University and the director of the kindergarten attached to SXNU, and is a senior teacher. In December 2022, she was identified as a training object of the leading principals by the Ministry of Education. She is an expert of the Principal Training Center of the Ministry of Education, a national master in homemade teaching aids, a leading teacher, discipline leader, and excellent teaching expert in Shaanxi Province. She is among the fifth inspectors of Shaanxi Provincial Government, and is the star director for science and education revitalization of Shaanxi Province. She has published three monographs, presided over 9 provincial projects. Teaching aids designed by her wonthree national first prizes,five Shaanxi Province first prizes. She has obtained a national patent, and been awarded the first prize of the 11th Basic Education Achievement Award in Shaanxi Province.

　　Li Yuan

　　Li Juan, graduated in major of Pre-school Education in 1991, is the secretary of party branch and director of Xijing Hospital Kindergarten of Air Force Medical University, and is a senior teacher. She was selected by the Ministry of Education for the Training Program of Leading Principals of Primary and Secondary schools in the new era, and“Leading Teachers” for high-level talents in Shaanxi Province. She is the vice-chairman of Shaanxi Provincial Committee for the Guidance of Pre-school Education and the executive vice president of the Shaanxi Pre-school Education Research Association. Li Juan has been appointed as the mentor of the kindergarten director training center of the Ministry of Education, the consultant of pre-school education strategy in Shaanxi Province, and the external supervisor of the master of Pre-school Education in the Graduate School of SNNU. She is a famous teacher in primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi Province, an excellent educator in Shaanxi Province and the Air Force.Li Juan has presided over seven experimental or research projects of educational reform at provincial level or above, and won two special prizes and one first prize of the Basic Education Teaching Achievement Award of Shaanxi Province.

　　Wang Kun, graduated inmajor of Pre-school Education, is currently the vice president ofXi’an No. 8 Nursery School and is a senior teacher. She is a special - grade teacher in Shaanxi Province,ateacher of merits, a model teacher and a model of teacher morality inXi’an. Wang Kun is an advanced individual in the second phase of theXi’an pre-school education action plan; and has been awarded for outstanding contribution to education and teaching in the Economic Development Zone. She is a master teacher of Basic Education, and the first batch of discipline leaders, an excellent teaching leader in Shaanxi Province, the fourth batch ofleading teachers training objects in Shaanxi Province, the tutor of the sixth and seventh batches of discipline leaders training. She is amaster teacher inXi’an and the host of the training community.

　　Xi’an-U has trained more than 18,000 excellent kindergarten teachers for Shaanxi and other regions of our country, and the university is known as the “Cradle of Kindergarten Teachers in Shaanxi”. OurPre-schoolEducation is the first major in Shaanxi Province to pass the teacher training professional certification of the Ministry of Education. The announcement of the objects for the Training Program of Leading Teachers and Principals in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era (2022-2025) is a reflection of long honored quality ofPre-schoolEducation in our school.Xi’an-U will further build a first-class professional discipline based onXi’an, serve the local area, and train more high-quality teachers for the development of pre-school education.
