A joint concert was held in Xi'an-U Great Hall by Xi'an-U students and North Monterey High school students Mar19th.Over 1200 audience attended  concert .

North Monterey High school marching Band is one of most prestigious students Marching band in US and performed for President Bill Clinton second Inaugural Address in 1997.

Concert started with Chinses traditional classic music performed by a folk music Band from shoool of Fine Arts Xi'an-U with some Chinese music instruments ，such as Lute ，Drum，Flute，etc，which greatly impressed US visitor and other students. North Monterey High school Marching Band also brought some very popular American songs to amuse the audience.The concert eventually drew to an end with laughter and applause at the Xi'an-U campus.
