A Delegation of Montgomery College from U.S Visited Xi’an University

In the afternoon of September 19, a 11-people delegation of Montgomery College visited Xi’an university. The president of XU Prof. Xu Kewei, the vice president of XU Mrs Wang Xiaoping,the director of International Exchange and Cooperation Office, Mr. Dongxiaofeng, ,the Dean of school of foreigh language，Prof Cui Jianping，the Dean of school of biotechnology，Prof Tao Guirong，the Dean of school of Fine Arts,Prof Guo Tao , the associate Dean of school of Chinese literiture,Prof Tang Jianjun and few faculty representatives from different departments attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, both sides introduced their home universities to each other in terms of the founding, history, discipline construction and development, student enrollment and teachers recruitment. During the meeting, both sides shared their expectations in establishing a cooperation relationship and conducting concrete academic exchange. In the meanwhile, both sides discussed over the possibilities and means of cooperation.

An cooperative memorandum has been sighed by representative from both universities at end of conference.

Later, the delegation has took an short tour to the different places within XUcampus.
