　　On March 4th, the Fourth Session of 13th National Committee of CPPCC was held in Beijing. To fulfill the sacred mission of carrying out the responsibility of the country and the people, the vice president of our university,member of the National Committee of CPPCC, Chairman of Xi’an Municipal Committee of Jiusan Society Wang Xiaoping took part in the meeting.

　　Wang Xiaoping proposed 12 proposals in the meeting of CPPCC this year after several rounds of investigation, including the proposal of strengthening the modernization construction of basic-level public health service capacity; the proposal of strengthening the employment of university graduates under the backdrop of COVID-19; the proposal of strengthening the construction of Children’s Home in communities; the proposal of accelerating the development of low-altitude flight industry; the proposal of reasonable set of ages of talent accreditation; the proposal of largely advancing and supporting the affordable private kindergartens; the proposal of new framework of talent exchanges between China and other countries under the new situation; the proposal of normalizing and upgrading the international students education in China; the proposal of training of care-giving service talents in “Integration of Higher Vocational Education and Undergraduate Program Education”; the proposal of the construction of cosmetics industry system with Chinese characteristics; the proposal of stepping up the deployment and planning of Big Science devices in Xi’an during the Fourteenth Five Year Plan; and the proposal of promoting the healthy development of online education.

　　Wang seriously prepared her speech outline in the resident hotel. She said，“The year of 2021 marks the centenary of the founding of the CPC, which is also the first year of the fourteenth Five Year Plan and China’s fully launching its comprehensive construction of socialist modernization. As a member of the National Committee of CPPCC, I should carry out my responsibilities with the focus on the work of CPPCC in 2021; I should work hard to understand profoundly the constructiveness and superiority of socialist consultative democracy, and strengthen my political judgement, perception and execution in learning and practice; meanwhile I should develop unity and cohesion with the people around me to form consensus in order to fulfill my accountability”.
