　　On January 26, 2021, Bao Feng, Director of the Scientific Research Department of Xi’an University, Yang Weiqing, Dean of Information Engineering and Director of Xi’an Satellite Remote Sensing Service Center,and Wang Jing, Vice Director of Xi’an Satellite Service Center, went to Xi’an Zhongjia Satellite Communication Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd. , made investigations and discussions with Vice General Manager Yuan Guojun, Project Manager Wang Cunjie, and Director Wang Qiang of the Beidou Open Laboratory of Xi’an Aerospace Base Silk Road Huigu Group Holding Company on Xi’an“Beidou+”practical education base and the integration of production and education.

　　Xi'an Zhongjia Satellite Communication Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise controlled by the Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industry Base. It is a platform for technology introduction, business incubation, and industrial promotion of the Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industry Base in the field of satellite applications. Its main production are satellite applications (satellite communications, satellite navigation, satellite remote sensing), extending upwards to the aerospace field, and downwards to the ICT (Internet, Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, etc.) field. It is a national level "Beidou + Makerspace" and has more than 150  incubating companies, with hardware conditions such as satellite master stations, navigation equipment testing centers, and the Beidou Open Laboratory Xi'an sub-laboratory and other advantageous resources. They visited the production companies, R&D companies, and incubation spaces in the industrial park, and held symposiums on personnel training, scientific research enhancement, and platform co-construction.

　　In response to the national development strategy of integration of production and education, integration of science and education, and integration of military and civilians, based on the foundation of application-oriented talent training, under the background of Xi’an aerospace scientific research advantages and industry support,the School of Information Engineering of Xi’an University intends to communicate with Xi’an Zhongjia Satellite Communications and share the industrial and technological advantages of Xi’an National Civil Aerospace Industry Base, and also share the extensive resources of both China’s and Canada’s satellite industry and scientific research, Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd. participates in Xi’an’s goal of cultivating satellite industry employment and entrepreneurial talents, and strives to build a practical educational base with the theme of "Beidou+" in the direction of satellite application technology.
